Version 2.0.1.302.

I've tried to upgrade an existing version (1.2.0.212), after obtainig the error mentioned, i've tried to install in a new computer but the error still remain.......

I've encountered also some problems activating quarantine db (MsAccess). SpamFilter create correctly tables and tells "Succesfully connected to database!" but the Quarantine Db still remain not active.

Any suggest?

Thanks,

Sculason

That is a very unusual error. Any chance you could zip and email to mailto:support@logsat.com" CLASS="ASPForums" TITLE="WARNING: URL created by poster. - support@logsat.com your SpamFilter\corpus directory? Most likely some corrupt data in a record is causing the issue, but we won't be sure without looking at the files. Please note that if you upgraded from a previous beta version of SpamFilter there have been builds that required the corpus directory to be deleted before running.

Stopping SpamFilter, deleteing the corpus directory, restarting SpamFilter should clear the problem.

For the quarantine issue, did you click on "Save Settings" after connecting to the database? Is the "number of days to store quarantined emails" greater than 0? Does stopping/restarting SpamFilter fix the problem?

Nothing!

Error still remains.

As you suggested (Stopping SpamFilter, deleteing the corpus directory, restarting SpamFilter should clear the problem) i've delete the corpus directory but the error still remain in the Activity log window.

Thanks.

Sculason

p.s.: the quarantine db now is working proprely, thank you....

Are you receiving that error immediately after deleting the corpus directory and restarting SpamFilter, or does some time (hours) go by before it occurs again? If you can email us the files requested on the earlier post we can try to help further.

As of now we've still not received the email. While it is possible that if it was not zipped, it will be blocked by SpamFilter since your corpus will be full of spam words, we've checked in our quarantine and did not find anything. Could you please send us two emails to mailto:support@logsat.com" CLASS="ASPForums" TITLE="WARNING: URL created by poster. - support@logsat.com , one with the corpus and one without, so we'll be able to pinpoint the time at which you sent it?
