Hi, I have SpamFilter Version 2.0.1.302. and I am trying to block attachments. Blocking works fine when the attachment is in the e-mail, but they get through if they are attached to emails that themselves are attachments (a message within a message that has an attachment in it).  Is there anyway to check within the attached emails?

Anthony,

SpamFilter will only scan thru the 1st level of attachments. It will not scan thru the various attached messages to see if in turn they also have attachments.

Not in the near future, sorry! SpamFilter is currently aimed at spam-filtering, and even though we added several features that may not deal with spam directly, we'd prefer to currently leave more specialized content filtering/management to specialized products.
