I have just "Re-Purchased" Spam for ISP, and have just decided to turn on the Quarantine feature.  When I get into the quarantine and attempt to delete an item, or deliver an item, the SpamFilter service performs 1 of the following 2 actions, crashes, and must be manually "re-started", or 2) does not either delete or deliver the message from the queue. There is no rhyme nor reason to which action occurs.

I was wondering if this could be a database creation error, but, it appears the database is functioning, according to the quarantine database page.

This is running on NT4, with all patches and SP's installed.

I guess I jumped the gun, I found that the database connection was broken. I created a "New" database and all seems to be fine now.

Thanks

I had a similar problem - just delete [only] your DB file and just reinstall spam filter and recreate the DB link using the wizard provided - Luxman

[for accees DB its located here:  C:Program FilesSpamFilterDatabasespamfilter.mdb]
