is there a way to block email from coming in from:

Received: from unknown (HELO localhost) (127.0.0.1)

Gary,

From that line it seems that incoming email is going thru a router/firewall/server that does not carry the external internet IP address of the remote host. To obtain a better answer you will need to describe in more detail your network structure and what server/software is receiving that line.
