   During beta testing we've found out that if using the MS Access database, the server must have at minimum the MDAC (Microsoft Data Access Components) v2.7. Earlier versions cause the Refresh button to remain grayed out and no quarantine to be displayed.

	I did this, buttons STILL gray. Now what?
