Hmm ... How about:
((?i)subject:(\ ){0,1}(\W){9,})

NOTE:  May want to increase the "9" ... say to 11 or 12

Vmachine,

A warning.  Since you commented on your English, (which was much better than some Americans I work with), I will make the following warning on my RegEx.  In the English Language, "!!!" does not mean more exclamatory .. it is bad grammar.  Only one "!" is allowed.  Same for the "?" but many people still do it.  With the RegEx I whipped up, if there is a subject of "Hey There !!!!!!!!!" it will get blocked. The same applies for "What's Up ?????????"  You may want to play with increasing the number 9 to something higher until any "False" Positives reduce.

That one becomes problematic as an image will look like a LOOOOONG word the the keyword scanner.  I have not had very good luck with this one.
