Message Topic Search Topic Options Post Reply Create New Topic Printable Version Translate Topic

   I have a new setup of spamfilter isp which is working great. Now I am adding a MS SQL quarantine database. I am getting the following message when it attempts to quarantine a message.
Field not found ServerID' not found
The field is clearly there in the ServerTBLs folder with the correct server name.
Not sure where to go from here.

Found tblQuarantine Found tblMsgs Found tblRejectCodes Found tblLogins Found tblServers Retrieved ServerID from tblServers: 1 ERROR - Some fields are missing from the tables! Please proceed to Step 2-b to add missing fields Done. But there are no updates to run in step 2b...... Now what

	Steve, On Step 2, did you click on the "Create / Check Database tables" button? Also, it's strange to see a field missing. How did you create the SQL database and SpamFilter's tables? Manually using the included SQL scripts, or using the 1-2-3 step wizard in SpamFilter?

	Steve, Can you please provide the info for: ============ How did you create the SQL database and SpamFilter's tables? Manually using the included SQL scripts, or using the 1-2-3 step wizard in SpamFilter? ============ Can you also please confirm that you're using Microsoft SQL Server (if so, which version), and not MS Access?
