I am getting errors in the Spam Filter. Anyone knows how to resolve them? After the error occures, SpamFilter crashes and I have to restart it manually. I am running it on Win2k3 SBS with the latest SP1 and updates. Spam Filter v. 2.5.2.457 Registered.

I get a similiar error, but only when I try to update my quarantine list or kill an inbound connection.

For the quarantine list I get
Exception occured during TUpdateListViewQuarantineThread: Canvas does not allow drawing
Exception occured during TUpdateListViewQuarantineThread: Stack Overflow

The refresh list button then goes gray and I cannot update the list. Restarting the service resolves the issue.

And when I click the X in connnections to kill the inbound connection I get

Exception occured during ListViewConnItemClick: " is not a valid integer value

Windows 2000 server, SP4, Spamfilter 2.5.2.457 with AV enabled.

I think this is related to the Quarantine DB or something within the program itself.  It seems as when I restart the program the error goes away but as soon as I try to refresh the quarantine I start getting the errors.

I tried reinstalling the program and downgrading it but that did not fix anything.

gzejer,

Could you please zip and email us at support at logsat.com your SpamFilter.ini file and activity logfile so we can try to see what is happening? Can you also please let us know if you're accessing the server directly from the console or remotely (and if remotely, with what tool)?
