Topic: refining keyword filter?Posted: 01 June 2005 at 8:47am |

i've installed a keyword filter in which i defined the word "cialis", and it catches a LOT of spam, however i got a few complaints from users about mails that went missing. After looking thru the logs i found that 'cialis' filter is triggered when in the mail text the word 'specialist' and/or its variants is used. Removing cialis from the keywords isnt really a good option for me, who knows how to fix this? Thanks for any suggustions. |
