All messages coming in get the following error: Socket Error # 11004 - message queued How do I get rid of this? The exchange server is working properly. Thanks. |

Gus,
Can you please post more information from SpamFilter's activity logs? We'll need to see all the entries for the incoming traffic that are leading to this error to try to understand what caused it. If SpamFilter was working before and all of a sudden started reporting this error, has anything SMTP-related changed on your network? Socket errors usually indicate connection problems, so things to look for are IP/names for SMTP servers having changed, not necessarily at the exact time those errors started showing. An IP address an application is using can be changed but only become active after the service has been restarted hours/days after the change for example. |

OK I figured it out ... for some reason the server was unable to resolve the FQDN for the server. I changed to the IP address of the exchange server and it is working now.
I'm sure glad it queues up the messages! |
