Can you please double-check to ensure the address is spelled correctly, and that there are no leading/trailing spaces on the line containing that address? If you are using SpamFilter Enterprise, and you have configured the domain "<span ="Apple-style-span" style="-webkit-border-horiz&#111;ntal-spacing: 1px; -webkit-border-vertical-spacing: 1px; "><a href="mailto:abdul@xxxxXXXX.com" target="_blank">xxxxXXXX.com</a></span>" to have customized settings, are you certain that you added the address&nbsp;<span ="Apple-style-span" style="-webkit-border-horiz&#111;ntal-spacing: 1px; -webkit-border-vertical-spacing: 1px; "><a href="mailto:abdul@xxxxXXXX.com" target="_blank">abdul@xxxxXXXX.com</a></span>&nbsp;in the AuthorizedTO whitelist for that "<span ="Apple-style-span" style="-webkit-border-horiz&#111;ntal-spacing: 1px; -webkit-border-vertical-spacing: 1px; "><a href="mailto:abdul@xxxxXXXX.com" target="_blank">xxxxXXXX.com</a></span>" domain, and not in the "ALL DOMAINS" one?</div><div><br></div><div>If you'd like to zip us (support at logsat dot com) your \SpamFilter\Domains directory structure, along with the section of SpamFilter's activity logfile from 12:00 to 12:05 on the 30th, we'd be happy to take a look. If the file containing the list of AuthorizedTO users is located outside the above directory tree, please include that as well.</div>]]>
