i have edit the setting for "authorizedTo"
from
domain.tld,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,0,1,1,1,1,1,1
to
domain.tld,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1
only after reload the service, SF will activate this filtering

We tried to reproduce your issue, but so far we do see the data in the "AllowedDomainFilterMatrix.txt" file being reloaded if that file is modified outside of SpamFilter (it's reloaded within 60 seconds). I have seen that the file "AllowedDomainFilterMatrix.txt" will not be loaded periodly by SF. only by the start of the service the file is loaded.
It is possible to impement an periodly load of this file?
The reason is, that we have written an own Config-system for sf that write this txt-file.
