Doug,
 
Can you check your "filters.ini file for the following entry:
WL_AutoWhiteListForceDeliveryFileName=D:\SpamFilterISP\Rules\AutoWhiteListForceDelivery.txt
This is my specific path but make sure you have a valid file path set.

When using the new 4.0.0.767 version a false positive released by the web client is delivered, but does not add itself to the AutoWhiteListForceDelivery.txt file.  The error is included below.
