Without seing our logs we can't be sure of what is happening. However please note that tonit we just released build 713, which, along with 711, also addresses some issues with the multiple recipients in emails.

While running '3.5.4.710'  enterprise I had problems with multiple recipients to the same domain spawn duplicates. It think the problem is related to the autowhitelist, 'splitting', and multiple recipients.  The duplicate appear in the quarantine and in recipient email boxes depending on rules. 
 
Will '3.5.4.711'  fix this??? Please help if you can .....
