cmdata, there is a config option that allows the offending keyword to be noted in the log files; it sounds like this option is disabled in your config - here's how to enable it:

• In SpamFilter navigate to the
  Settings -> Black / White Lists -> Keywords tab
• Ensure that the check box "Log keywords that trigger rejects" is checked.
• Click Save Settings

I have searched the hole logfile and can't find this.
