I am evaluating with ver 1.1.0.70, and when someone's mail is rejected because it's on a blacklist, the bounce message does not contain the customized response messages that are in the Settings, Customized Items area. It only says: "521 Server does not accept mail".

Is this a bug? Or am I doing something wrong?

At http://logsat.com/spamfilter/ReleaseNotes.htm we post all release notes as new builds are uploaded. The bug you refer to was fixed with build 1.1.0.72.

Registered users always have access to the latest builds, we have not updated the evaluation version yet. As mentinoed in another posting, within 5-10 days we should be releasing a new build which will contain a few enhancements. When complete we will most likely update the evaluation build as well.
