I read a couple of posts in this forum where people were complaining of the Bayesian filter consistantly showing 0%. That is the case with me as well.

I tested a message in the Bayesian probablility tab of the GUI, it came back as 100% spam. I sent the same message from my hotmail account into the server to a local account and it passed as 0%! There is something wrong with that.

When I dump my corpus, every token has the exact same value of 0.400000005960464.

You have reccommended deleting the corpus db and starting over, but what is causing this and what is to prevent it from happening again?
