The website http://openrbl.org is offline and when you visit you receive the following message:

2005-06-19: Openrbl.org has been run on autopilot for the last couple of years.
But now the site lost the backend where the databases was built twice per day.
Unless somebody invests time to rebuild everything the website will remain offline.

Similar services:

If you are using this site in your spamfilter you should remove it. Last time an RBL site went offline it accidentally began to reply to all queries as positive for open relay. I don't believe that is what's happening now as it appears to be a hardware failure, but better safe than sorry.
