That usually occurs when users remove the numeric error code at thebeginning of the customized responses. Without it, SpamFilter is unableto provide the error code to the sender, and is thus forced to acceptthe message as it cannot be rejected (it would violate RFCs it itwould).

The limitations depend on the amount of RAM and CPU of the server. It is normal to have lists of 10-50KB+ in size.
