If so, can you please ensure that you have a valid 3-digit code infront of all of them, as without it SpamFilter will not be able toreject emails.<br><br>If the above is not your case, do you have any of the "Tag Spam and Deliver" options checked?<br><br>If that also is not the case, please post the section of SpamFilter'sactivity logfile that shows an incoming email that is supposed to beblocked but that isn't, so we can see from the log if there's anythingunusual going on.<br>]]>

My director keeps getting mail from someone whose address is entered in the blacklist (we created) and&nbsp;also gets mail we've setup for quarantine via keyword. What do you think is the problem and is there anyway to fix this. </P><P>When this sort of thing happens users question the integrity of the Spamfilter and my department. </P><P>Thanks,</P><P>Chris Ritter</P>]]>
