I want to block emails that come across with URL's that look like this but I am not good enough to write the RegEx.

Specifically I want to find the .biz with the .gif 

Can someone point me in the right direction?

http://www.blablabla.biz/eimages/wpo/creative3new04.gif

The second one that I want to block looks like this:
