You are probably better served to not try to keep up with all the RexEx patterns and let a Bayesian filter "automatically" adapt to the changing email.

Any email that makes it past SpamFilter to an Outlook client, try using "SpamBayes Outlook Addin" (free) on the Outlook Client. When the DNS fingerprinting for LogSat's SpamFilter is ready, this step may no longer be necessary.  Go to Google and search for the free download from Sourceforge.net

If you have the original source of the emails, and not the ones provided by Outlook (since Outlook completely changes it), you could run SpamFilter on your own PC and send emails to it rather than to the production SpamFilter server (to do so, just configure the "outgoing smtp server" in whatever email client you use to point to your PC). Configure your local running copy of SpamFilter with all the RegEx expressions you want to test. If an email is caught by RegEx, the "catching" expression will be logged in the activity log.

Is there any way to create a process to run multiple RegEx search strings against multiple files?

Here is what I'm trying to do:
I have a bunch of SPAM e-mails that have made it through SpamFilter (MS-Exhange running MS Outlook 2000 clients).
I have saved every one of these SPAM files in a separate folder on my PC.
I would like to run a bunch of RegEx strings (20+) against all of the SPAM files on my PC to see which RegEx 'triggers' the most/best result.
Once I know which RegEx gives the best result, I'll implement that RegEx on the production system.
