Filtering attachments based on the file extension would be very valuable if:

1. You could email the local recipient letting them know that the attachment has been removed and send the email without the file attachment to the local recipient. 

2. Provide for a custom response?

3. Put a copy of the email with the attachment into quarantine -- so it can be optionally recovered.

Do you mean to eliminate attachments containing certain file extensions (ex. .com, .exe, .vbs etc)? If there is demand for such a feature yes, we may add it in the future.
