Hello,
I have a sender's email on the white list (the domain is whitelisted),
In the logs i see that SpamFilter recognize this and writing it bypass all rules...
but then right after this, it also write that it found keywords... and that
the mail is rejected...

Does regex take over whitelist?
Is there a way to set the priority of each test?

Thanks,
Eran.

Eran,

The whitelists should have precedence over any other filter (except for the antivirus - this always takes precedence). If an email is whitelisted for some reason, it should be delivered regardless of the keywords.

If you can please email us at support at logsat dot com the section of the logfile showing the email in question we'll take a look.

Eran,

We found that in build 3.5.4.704 (and in that build only), there is a bug in that, if the option to “tag and deliver” spam is selected, as it appears to be in your case, the keyword blacklists are incorrectly checked even though the email was supposed to be whitelisted.

This problem is not present in the previous 3.5.4.678 version you’re running on your other server, and is also not present in the latest official release 3.5.4.718 and higher.
