Ive got some users setup with the listspam.asp. They login themselves and send thru the emails they want. It appears that they do send because they no longer appear in their list but they dont see the emails. Or they eventually do get them but it could be awhile.

I guess I just need to know the process that takes place when they push through something in quarantine using your ASPs. Shouldnt they get send through as soon as the user clicks Send?

Are you using the Eval version?

Prior to SpamFilter v3.5, the evaluation versions were limited by not allowing emails to be delivered thru the web interface. This was done because the trial versions were not time-limited and so we did not enable the full functionality.

Now that we are releasing 30-day trial version of SpamFilter Enterprise, that limitation has no longer reason to exist. We just verified however that this new Eval still does not allow the web interface to send emails. We'll classify this as a bug in the eval version, and will fix in the next release.

Yes on Eval 3.5.3.662

I wouldnt say it doesnt allow alltogether bacause it does. Just seems to be iffy. Users tell me they pushed email through but never got it. I happen to push one through the SFI program and then the ones the users tried to push through now made it through... atleast that was one instance for me.

Our eval is almost up and will be coming on board.

FYI - We've just released a new version of SpamFilter (and updated the Eval as well). We also addressed the issue with the web interface not delivering emails in the free version.
