Is this normal? We process about 100'000 messages a day and the bayesian corpus files are around 70 MB... I'd recommend however clearing the corpus database by stopping SpamFilter, deleting/renaming the SpamFilter\corpus directory, and restarting SpamFilter. Changed the CleanUpCorpusIntervalDays to 3 (was 7) and will see after easter how it affects RAM usage... Happy egg hunting! :-)
