Hello ,

   We are getting spam mails,Spam header contain following reason 

    X-SF-WhiteListedReason: Whitelisted Peer IP

   why this get added in header.

That header indicates that the email was delivered because the sender's IP address was whitelisted by the SpamFilter administrator.
Please check the IP/domain whitelist you configured in SpamFilter, as it will contain the IP address that sent the email (you can find that IP form the "Received: header that SpamFilter inserted when it processed the email).
