Version 2.7.1.532 running on Windows 2000 Server will not drop connections.  I fill up almost immediately.  All of the connections have a status of QUEUING MAIL and all are identified as spam.  No disconnect shows in the log as it does for valid mail that is forwarded through.  I have connections that have been open for HOURS.

Ah-Ha!  It appears that the sessions that will not disconnect are all found in the RBL!  I? don't think they are really still connected, but rather Spamfilter is not removing them from the list (thereby not decrementing the connection counter).
