There is a bug in the software. While in the activity log, if the address is 127.0.0.2 and you click the 'Check if IP in ORBS' button, the program crashes and closes.

We've had a handful or reports of this problem in the past, but have
never been able to reproduce it. Can you please let us know if you're
running SpamFilter as a service or as a standalone application, what
version of Windows you're using, how you're accessing the server
(locally at the console, terminal service, PCAnywhere etc.), and if
running as a service, what account SpamFilter is being used to run as?

Symptom exists also on Windows 2000 Server, accessing the GUI from the console. Has been a symptom for a long time.
