How do you handle aliases? I.E. mailto:info@domain.com" CLASS="ASPForums" TITLE="WARNING: URL created by poster. - info@domain.com and mailto:sales@domain.com" CLASS="ASPForums" TITLE="WARNING: URL created by poster. - sales@domain.com are being delivered to userx account. Is there a way to have a single login that would show all the quarantined email for both as they are really the same account?

That would require a customization of the ASP pages used to access the quarantine area. Several users have made similar customizations, perhaps some of them are qilling to share them.
