Help!!!

I tried to email all my friends to get them to check out a site and it couldn't handle all of them at once so I broke it down and sent the same forward into groups. I got to the S's in my address book and the system would no longer send messages. I could recieve messages but I could not send any. Help!!!!!!

Not being mean, but is this related to SpamFilter ISP? Or just a general email question?
