There is a known bug in version 1.2.0.178 of SpamFilter.  It is listed as fixed in 1.2.0.197 (where indicated with asterisks)

// New to VersionNumber = '1.2.0.197';
{DONE -cFix : Memory leak issue with certain malformed subject headers}
{DONE -cNew : Better handling of non-RFC emails from FedEx robots}
{DONE -cFix : Fixed extra "dot" command at end of transmission}
{DONE -cNew : NT4 without MDAC is now able to run SpamFilter (without quarantine option)}
*****{DONE -cFix : Fix for the deliver and delete quarantine buttons remaining grayed out}*****
{DONE -cFix : Returned non-deliverable emails to sender now sent to "Reply-To" header rather than "Mail from"}

There is a considerable amount of e-mail that has gotten caught up in the spam-filter and I no longer have a way to push it through due to this bug.  This is a serious problem, and I am wondering if it may be possible to download a later evaluation version that 1.2.0.178 (does not have to be the latest--just 1.2.0.197 or later) so that I may continue my evaluation of your product?

If this is not an option, would you please tell me how I might go about retrieving the e-mail that I can no longer push through because the deliver and delete quarrantine buttons are greyed out?  Thank you!

Thank you!

Aaron,

After we release the next SpamFilter v2.x, we will most likely update the free version as well. In the meantime, stopping and starting SpamFilter usually re-enables the buttons in the free build. Also please note that that problem occurs most often when using MS Access. The other database platforms should be more stable.
