Found this setting and set it to 15 and it appears to be helping.

In my Connections in SFI I see a large number of connections that say QUEUEING EMAIL and they have been there for hours. I have my connection limit set to 50 so if I get a number of these 'stuck' connections my regular emails can't get thru because of all these zombie connections.

What can cause these to be stuck? Its always the same handful of users that are receiving emails that get stuck.
