Invicta,

Some reformatting will be necessary. SpamFilter requires that all keywords that are to be interpreted as RegEx (Regular Expressions) need to be enclosed by parenthesis. Thsu for example, if your first keyword above is intended to be a Regular Expression:

no (doc|doctor) (visit|prescription) (needed|required)

That entry would be entered in SpamFilter as follows:
(no (doc|doctor) (visit|prescription) (needed|required))
