i cannot upgrade from 3.1.3.597 to 3.1.3.605 !

I have two SF and the first upgrade has gone successfully, but the second did not start at all.

Services panel shows "starting" but nothing changes and in the task manager i can see spamfiltersvc.exe growing slowly in memory use.

The only difference between the two servers is the international setting, the first is USA setting, the second is UK setting.

Could you please help me?

Simone,

When you stop SpamFilter before the upgrade, can you check in Task Manager to make sure the SpamFilterSvc.exe process has indeed terminated? Once it's gone, go ahead and perform the upgrade. On our website we make the binaries-only available. The simplest way to upgrade is to simply copy the files from the zip containing the binaries and copy them to the SpamFilter directory.

If after this the service sill does not start, can you zip and email us your SpamFilter logfile for the day?

i restarted the server and all worked fine.
