I've reset the corpus folder a few times, it's set to start after 5000 messages but it always shows 0% spam.

Any idea what could be wrong?

If you can zip and email us your SpamFilter\corpus directory after you have received 5000 good and 5000 spam emails, along with your SpamFilter.ini file we'll try to take a look.
