As the subject says, it would nice that the honeypots can block IPs that send emails from  mailto:admin@fbi.gov - admin@fbi.gov .

While that option is not available, there is an "email from" blacklist that allows you to block all emails from that sender.

If you're thinking that the "admin@fbi.gov" address is typical of a virus, and so the sender's IP should be blacklisted, well... if you have SpamFilter's antivirus plugin that is already possible. The anti-virus plugin allows to automatically blacklist all of the IPs that send viruses.

That's what I figured. Would be nice to have this function though.
