Hi all,

Yesterday we have had 2 problems with spamfilter with the following errors:

07/05/04 07:17:02:650 -- (1124) Listen Exception occurred: Access violation at address 004933F0 in module 'SpamFilterSvc.exe'. Read of address 00000000
07/05/04 09:24:55:433 -- Exception occurred during TimerSecondTimer: Thread creation error: Not enough storage is available to process this command - 2
07/05/04 09:31:26:485 -- (1664) Exception occurred during RECEIVEMESSAGE: Access violation at address 004933F0 in module 'SpamFilterSvc.exe'. Read of address 00000000 (19)
07/05/04 09:37:46:111 -- (1664) EMail from:
mailto:x@zxc.com.br" CLASS="ASPForums" TITLE="WARNING: URL created by poster. - x@zxc.com.br to: mailto:y@abcd.com.br" CLASS="ASPForums" TITLE="WARNING: URL created by poster. - y@abcd.com.br   was returned to sender - server error - Thread creation error: Not enough storage is available to process this command

Rebooting the server solved the problem for a moment but it happens again. Nothing has changed here.

My HD isnt full and my database (MYSQL) is turned off for moths. I dont quarantine messages.

Running Pentium III with 384Mb RAM and win2k server

Im only accepting 50 smtp sessions with my processor running at 100% and my memory at 500Mb.

Anyone knows a solution for this ?

Thanks,

Abel.

Why not download the latest free evaluation version (2.0.1.302) and see if that helps your issue.

Alan,

We've been providing support to them outside of the forum, they'll be upgrading this weekend to the latest version. Thanks for the help!
