Any ideas how I can fix this error?

Error 11001 is the common "Host not found" SMTP error.  This indicates that SpamFilter cannot reach the SMTP server address as currently configured.

Ensure that your Destination Server's name and port listed on the SpamFilter configuration page are correct.  If you have listed the name as a FQDN, try changing it to the IP address of your SMTP server instead and see if that works.

Ensure that you have not unintentionally entered any stray characters immediately following any of the domain names on your "Local Domains" list.

If SpamFilter and your SMTP server are running on separate servers, ensure that you can reach your SMTP server (through the network) from the SpamFilter server.

If the error is still occurring after trying these steps, please post more details about how you have implemented SpamFilter at your location.  Include a few lines of the activity log (munge any real email addresses or public IP addresses) that show where the error is occurring.

After I tried your fixes I get the following error on my bounce back messages:

 
Remote host said: 550 Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable
Giving up on 66.160.121.205.
