It seems when we have a message that gets quarantined for Reverse DNS for example, the sending server still attempts to redeliver the message 8-12 times.  This results in the same message being quarantined 8-12 times, plus the additional load on the server, plus the false statistic #s since that message would have only been received once if it didn't go thru SpamFilter ISP.   What causes this problem?  Is Spamfilter ISP giving the sender server a bad response and not making it think the message was delivered?

Check in Spamfilter/Settings/Customized Items the field "Response if there is no reverse DNS" it must start with the number 5 that means a permanent error. If it starts with a number 4 means a temporary error and the sending smtp server will try to deliver it again later.

All my responses start with 550........
