What is the recommended format for a domain to allow it through? I assume one puts it in the Whitelist Excluded Domains/IPs area. If we want all email from archub.org and tintin.archub.org to be allowed through, do we make an entry *@archub.org and *@tintin.archub.org or is the entry *.archub.org or is it archub.org and the 2nd entry is tintin.archub.org |

John, You are correct in placing them inthe Whitelist Exlcuded Domains. As far as the format, there's a few options. 1) Entering the following: whitelists only email from these two domains
whitelists any domain that ends in archub.org, ex. tintin.archub.org, or dandan.archub.org, or even abcdefgarchub.org
whitelists the domain archub.org, along with any other child domains in the form something.archub.org In no case should you have the "@" sign in the domain, since that is part of an email address, not a domain name. Roberto F. |
