We have several clients complaining that they are receiving emails many days after they were origiinally sent.
 
We do not have greylisting or anything like that configured.
 
We can't seem to determine a pattern for the delays. It does not happen with every customer and nor for the customers experiencing it for every email they receive.

Could you please either post or email us at support at logsat.com the headers for a couple of such emails?

I'll check to see if I can get the original email and headers.

 

Specifically, this seems to be happening most often with senders using hosted email solutions. Specifically, we've had quite a few users sending from Google Apps Email that are having an issue.
