Blacklisted TO Emails not working

One of my users is receving tons of spam, so we decided to blacklist the email for the time being.

I put the email inthe "Blacklisted TO Emails" as user@domain.com:NULL

However, the user is still receiving emails, instead of being erased.

What is happening?

The method you used should have worked as intended. Can you please post or email us the section of SpamFilter's activity logfile that shows an incoming email addressed to that user, starting from the logfile line that shows the incoming connection being initiated, ex:

11/10/06 23:20:19:691 -- (54076) Connection from: 66.68.149.226  -  Originating country : United States

and ending with

11/10/06 23:20:23:561 -- (54076) Disconnect

All the lines related to that email will have the same thread ID in parenthesis.
