We currently have the registered version of Spamfilter and are very satisfied.  However, it is running as a service and when a person goes to the web interface and chooses to send a quarantined  email to them they do not receive it.  If I click on the Spamfilter icon and bring up the gui I can see it then send out all of those emails sent by the web interface.

Any ideas?

Jason,

The most common issue in this case is that the admin is running the free version of SpamFilter rather than the liscensed one (we fell victims ourselves to this one more than once on our own mail server....!). This is because the free version does not allow emails to be force-delivered using the web interface.

However, if you do see the email being sent in the logfile, the problem should be elsewhere. Could you please zip and email us SpamFilter's logfile for when this happened, along with the "To" and "From" addresses for the email so we can locate it in the logs?

Is there any other way I can get you that log file?  It looks like your mail server will not accept a 60MB txt file.

Jasone,

Strange, a 60MB text file should compress to a very small zip file that should make it thru. If not, please contact us by email at support@logsat.com so we can provide you with an ftp address where to upload the file.
