Hello. Many mails have been dropped and not recieved my accounts, i searched the logfiles and the error is the following:

07/14/04 00:18:25:375 -- (3328) EMail from ecorace2345r@prodigy.net.mx to elk.jimenez@tmn.com.mx was forwarded to 192.168.100.2

07/14/04 00:18:37:625 -- (3556) Exception occurred during RECEIVEPARSED: Cannot create file C:\Program Files\SpamFilter\queue\msg//http://www.computrX
07/14/04 00:18:37:687 -- (3556) Disconnect

As I understand it, when parsing the mail, it takes text into the file creation and then obviously can't create the file.

Thanks for your time in advance in reading this post, any tips or hints for solving the problem would be greatly appreciated.

Alejandro,

Can you please zip and email us at support@logsat.com SpamFilter's activity log showing the error so we can try to understand what is going on?
