Please note that Push Notifications may not work on jailbroken phones. There should be a fix available for the Push Notifications on Cydia, but we're not allowed to support such devices to avoid problems with Apple. Without Push Notifications enabled, the phone won't be able to register for, and receive, a confirmation email.
