Randomly our spam filter jams up and won’t accept emails. Some times this happens twice or three times a day and other times it will run fine for days. This occurs normally after we hit the 120 max connections. The only way to start receiving emails again is to stop and restart the service. After this jam takes place even users who are set not to be filtered stop receiving emails.

Any suggestions are much appreciated

Can you please zip and email us your SpamFilter's activity logfile for a day this happened to support at logsat dot com so we can take a look? If the zip is over 8MB please upload it to our FTP site - I'll provide you the login info via a PM
